About Us
Del’s Cleaning Service is a family-owned commercial cleaning company comprised of the father/son duo of Del and Brad Smallfield who supervise and train all employees. We are located in Bloomington, Minnesota and serve the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We clean corporate offices, small and medium office buildings, banks and health facilities throughout the Twin Cities.

Del worked in the machine tool industry in middle management for many years. In 1989 he decided that he would go into business for himself. Brad was willing to work with Del, and Del knew he had a ready source of help by hiring other family members and close friends. He studied the commercial cleaning business, and learned much from a good friend who already had a successful cleaning business. The business has grown mainly through the recommendations of satisfied customers. Del is known for pride in his work, for quick response to customer needs and inquiries, and for integrity.
Brad Smallfield

Brad worked in the food industry as a restaurant manager and in maintenance for a large apartment complex before he began working with Del. Brad is quick, thorough, and personable. He takes great pride in keeping businesses as clean as possible. Brad is very active in Business Networking International© (BNI). The contacts he makes, both in BNI and among the many people he meets and knows, have helped the business to
